Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers:
- 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund available
- 12-24 hours before: 50% refund available
- Less than 12 hours: No refund, but can reschedule once
- No-show: No refund or rescheduling option
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Cancel your appointment through the app or contact customer support
- Provide your booking reference number
- State the reason for cancellation
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Service Quality Issues
If you're unsatisfied with the service quality:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide detailed feedback about the specific issues
- We will investigate with the service provider
- Remedies may include partial refunds, service credits, or rebooking
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergency, illness (with medical certificate), or circumstances beyond your control, we may waive standard cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
