Welcome to MakeMyLook ("MML", "we", "us", or "our") – a beauty and wellness service booking platform that connects customers with verified salons, freelancers, and professional beauty service providers ("Vendors"). By registering, accessing, or using our mobile app or website ("Platform"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

Definitions

"Platform" refers to the website/app owned by MML BEAUTY ON TAP SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.
"User" refers to anyone using the platform (Customer, Vendor, Admin).
"Vendor" includes salons and freelance service providers.
"Customer" refers to users booking services via the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Users under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or guardian.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and bookings.
Refrain from engaging in illegal activities, impersonation, spamming, or fraudulent behavior.
Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using the Platform.

Services Offered

MakeMyLook provides the technology platform to:

Discover, compare, and book services from salons and freelance professionals.
Access salon ratings, service prices, and availability.
Avail both in-store and home-based services (where offered).

Bookings, Payments & Commission

All bookings are subject to confirmation by Vendors. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Online Payments

Online payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
A service commission (with applicable GST & other taxes) is deducted from each transaction based on MML's policy.
The remaining amount is credited to the Vendor's wallet.
Tips added by customers are split: 90% to the Vendor, 10% retained by MML as platform service fee.

Offline Payments (Cash)

Vendors must mark cash transactions as "Paid via Cash" on the Platform.
System calculates applicable commission, which becomes payable by the Vendor.
Unpaid commissions may result in restricted bookings until dues are cleared.

Payment Gateway Charges

A nominal processing fee may be applied to all online payments depending on region and method. This is deducted before calculating Vendor payouts.

Wallet, Refunds & Cancellations

Wallet: Vendors can receive payouts; customers can store credits for future use.

Refunds

Initiated as per Vendor and Platform policies.
Processed within 7 working days.
If a salon/vendor cancels, the full amount is refunded to the customer.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers can cancel or reschedule based on Vendor's specific policy.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account limitations.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must maintain accurate service listings, pricing, and team availability.
Deliver services professionally and honor all accepted bookings.
Repeated complaints or violations of service standards may result in temporary or permanent deactivation.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.

Limitation of Liability

MML is not liable for the outcome, quality, or safety of services rendered by Vendors.
Users are advised to review ratings and reviews before booking.
MML shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content including logos, designs, UI/UX, and features of the Platform are the property of MML Beauty On Tap Services Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without notice in case of:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
